Wolverine Blend batch documentation
A certificate of analysis (COA) is a laboratory record that identifies a specific lot of a reference material and reports how it was tested. This page explains what each section means and links to the current supplier record for the Wolverine Blend research vial.

- Purity (HPLC-UV)
- 99.59%
- Identity (LC-MS)
- Confirmed: BPC-157 and Thymosin Beta-4
- Measured net content (lab) — BPC-157
- 11.74 mg
- Measured net content (lab) — Thymosin Beta-4
- 9.78 mg
- Appearance
- White lyophilized powder
Labeled content per vial: BPC-157 10 mg + TB-500 10 mg (20 mg total). Note that the COA identifies the second peptide as Thymosin Beta-4; it is the parent protein that the research peptide TB-500 is derived from. Testing was performed by Freedom Diagnostics Testing using HPLC with UV detection coupled with mass spectrometry (LC-MS).
How to read a certificate of analysis
Identity
Identity confirms that the material in the vial is what the label says it is. For a peptide reference material, identity is normally established by mass spectrometry (does the observed mass match the expected mass of the sequence?) and sometimes by amino-acid analysis.
Purity
Purity is reported as a percentage from high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), usually at a specified wavelength. It describes how much of the sample is the target peptide versus synthesis by-products. A COA typically includes the HPLC chromatogram so the baseline and peak integration can be inspected.
Lot / batch accession
The batch accession (sometimes called lot number) uniquely identifies the production run. Record this number alongside your experimental notes so your results can be tied back to the exact material tested on the COA.
Test date
The test date is when the identity and purity tests were performed. It is not an expiration date. Compare the test date to any later retests and to the supplier's published storage guidance.
What a COA does not cover
- Clinical efficacy. A COA is a chemistry record, not a medical document.
- Suitability for use outside the research setting the material was supplied for.
What this site publishes
Batch identifiers shown on this page are copied verbatim from the supplier-provided certificate of analysis for the lot currently shipping. If a value is not on the COA (for example, a lab name or test date for a hypothetical future field), it is intentionally left blank rather than filled in with an invented value. See the Wolverine Blend product page for the live offer and the specifications page for composition detail.
