Compound reference
TB-500 reference
TB-500 is a synthetic research peptide commonly described as the N-acetylated heptapeptide Ac-LKKTETQ (residues 17–23 of the natural protein thymosin β-4, UniProt P62328) — the actin-binding motif of that protein. The exact fragment definition can vary by vendor. On this site TB-500 refers to the second peptide co-packaged in the Wolverine Blend research vial. Laboratory research use only.

Identity
“TB-500” is a research-material label. The material most commonly supplied under that label is the N-acetylated heptapeptide Ac-Leu-Lys-Lys-Thr-Glu-Thr-Gln — the actin-binding motif of thymosin β-4 (residues 17–23 of the mature sequence per UniProt P62328). The label is not a drug name and does not refer to the full-length parent protein.
Different vendors may define the TB-500 fragment slightly differently; the molecular mass on the vial should match the fragment on the vendor COA. A separate N-terminal fragment of thymosin β-4 — Ac-SDKP, the acetyl-seryl-aspartyl-lysyl-proline tetrapeptide drawn from the extreme N-terminus of the protein — is sometimes mentioned in the β-thymosin literature and is not TB-500.
Parent protein
Thymosin β-4 is a 43-amino-acid, N-terminally acetylated protein encoded by TMSB4X. See UniProt P62328 for the canonical sequence and cross-references, and the Thymosin β-4 reference page for the longer explainer.

In Wolverine Blend
In the Wolverine Blend research vial, TB-500 is co-packaged with BPC-157 as a BPC-157 + TB-500 blend. Labeled content per vial: BPC-157 10 mg + TB-500 10 mg per vial (20 mg total), per vial, as a lyophilized powder in a single sealed glass vial.
See the BPC-157 vs TB-500 comparison for the full side-by-side on identity and structure.
